The Church
The Church roof is having major repairs which are nearing completion. New toilets with disabled facilities have been added. This essential work has cost £100,000 (already paid for).
The Church floor will be restored at a cost of around £16,000. To date we have raised £9,100 towards this.
The Hall
The Church Hall project is divided into four phases:
Phase 1 - external repairs to both Halls
Work is already underway.
COST £20,000
Phase 2 - Small Hall and east end of Main Hall
Refurbishment of Small Hall (new floor, wall finishes, refurbishment of windows and insulation of roof).
Removal of stage from Main Hall.
Renewing toilets and adding disabled access.
Adding new entrance.
Renewing electrics and lights.
COST £180,000
Phase 3 - Main Hall
New floor, wall finishes, refurbishment of windows and insulation of roof.
Renewing electrics and lights.
COST £220,000
Phase 4 - New kitchen and servery
Installation of new kitchen and servery.
Installation of air extraction system.
Conversion of existing kitchen into storerooms.
General finishing off.
COST £80,000
