Music at St Mary's

St Mary's Choir

St Mary's choirSt Mary's choir is a friendly group of singers of mixed ages, which leads the worship at St Mary's.

Occasionally the church holds major services which involve other choirs joining our own, the most recent such service was the Candlelit Advent Procession where we were joined by members of the choirs of King Charles the Martyr and Christ Church Little Heath. The choir also assists with Christ Church's monthly Choral Evensong.

We are keen to recruit further members. No auditions are necessary.

For further information please come to a practice any Friday in church at 8pm or contact any of the following:

Julian Zerfahs - Director of Music
Dave Miller - Organist
Oliver Mateley - Assistant Organist

Our free Lunchtime Concerts have been running for more than 25 years and offer a popular programme of varied music and a light lunch on the first Tuesday of each month (lunches from noon, recital starts at 12:30, with lunches resuming afterwards).
